My preferred movie isn't available as last minute, is that correct?
Some of our movies need about 72 hours before they get to us from our distributors. Because of this, these can't be booked as last minute.
But we're sure we have other movies to offer you that you would like too.
I can't find any last minute availability in the app, is that correct?
The app shows the current and accurate availability.
If none is shown, this can mean two things:
-All our private cinema rooms are fully booked, or
-There is no availability for the movie you would like to see because of its length.
If the latter is the case, it might be possible to make a booking if you choose a shorter movie.

I don't receive a code when I try to register in the app, what should I do?
That's unfortunate.
There's several things you can try.
-If you are using a VPN, turn it off.
-Make sure your phonenumber is noted as "+<country code><phonenumber minus 0>". For example: +31612345678.
-Update the app.
-Check you sms inbox to see if the app really wasn't delivered. Sometimes you don't get a notification or a "auto-fill" in your keypad.
If none of these tips work, you should get in touch with us.
My payment failed when I tried to book, and now my preferred time is unavailable. What happened?
As soon as you start a payment for your booking, our system automatically blocks the timeslot.
When a payment fails, the timeslot will remain blocked for 5-15 minutes.
Go back in the app and refresh until the time is available again and you can book again.
Keep an eye on this, because as soon as the time becomes available, other guests can book that timeslot too.

Currently, it isn't possible yet to watch any of your own content via stream, USB or any other means.
The movie that I want to see is shorter than the available timeslot, but why can't book it?
A timeslot consists of the duration of your chosen movie, 2 movie trailers, 15 minutes of pause time, a countdown of 5 minutes so you can settle in and time to clean up and get the room ready for our next guests.
All of this might add up to a total duration longer than the available time.
I'm running a bit late, what should I do?
First of all, don't worry.
Your booking starts automatically with a 5 minute countdown.
During your movie you can pause whenever you want, with a total of 15 minutes. The controls to do this become available in the app as soon as your booking starts.
If you're running late, we suggest you pause your movie as soon as you have access to the controls in the app. This can be done without you being on the location.
Hopefully this will give you enough time to get to the location.
